Post-Jam Update

Laser 'Purr'cision Post-Jam Fixes:

• Animations!
• Pause menu is now toggled with Space/Escape.
• Oscar's jumping behavior is now velocity-based (previously force-based), removing inconsistencies.
• Waffles the Watchdog now only makes an appearance after Oscar has caught 5 mice.
• Plague Mice now spawn more frequently based on the number of mice caught.
• Oscar no longer catches mice of any kind during a catnap.
• Oscar no longer gets stuck in corners.
• Having Oscar land on Waffles head will stun them!
