Fixed player location and money only saved for host in multiplayer games.
Fixed player rotation not properly saving and loading in singleplayer and multiplayer games.
Fixed player location desync when offline players are removed from the game and the NetworkPlayer object is recreated.
Cleaned up network code for items dropped on the ground and instantiated in the world.
