Version 0.9.20b is out

Guys, remember when I said no more big updates? Well, I lied. Pretty big update this time, might be a little bugged, though initial tests were good.

Release notes:

• Added post processing visual effects (can be turned off in the settings)
• Fixed charmed units getting double action points after expiration of charmed state
  
• Added Russian localization (and localization system in general), so several in-game strings have been changed
• Fixed end battle camera movement bug introduced in previous build
