Discord emojis and chatters proxy update

Updates:

1. The Discord emojis button cannot pull emojis you did not upload to Discord manually. For example, it will not see any emojis you have from connecting your Discord to Twitch, and therefore will not add them to your DiscordEmojis.ini file. 2. The proxy used for pulling chatter info and Twitch profile images to display in your Discord has stopped working. I’ve updated it with a different proxy, however it might take some time for it to update, as it is hosted on https://www.jsdelivr.com/. You do not need to redownload any files.
