Megaiden_0.01 release

This update contains:

1. Bugfix for boss that made the platform to not go up making the battle ridiculously hard
2. Bugfix for the menu that was not able to click it or lose focus from buttons.
3. Bugfix from the plant enemy that some times shots in the inverse direction
4. Changes in the map design
5. Changes in the Menu
