Levels

• Added levels 4_1 through 4_22

Save System

• Creates save file and config file
• Save file is encrypted and contains information such as level progress, player health and barrels collected
• Config file is plain JSON and stores video, audio and control settings

Menus

• Added start screen and main menu
• Reworked pause menu to be usable with WASD as well as mouse
