Posting the original "Colorizer" Tool as a Windows download

A little bit before I made the Boss Generator, I had what you might consider an alpha version of the same concept, only much simpler. The "Color Remapper" or "Colorizer," as I usually referred to it, is the simplest and most limited execution of the Boss Generator I can think of. It does, however, have support for far more character bases than the Boss Generator does in its current version.

The last time I had worked on this application was years ago, so don't expect a revival of this particular incarnation. I'm far more likely to further update the Boss Generator.
