-*fixed, Skill TeslaBookControl(TeslaCoil) range from 5 to 6.
-*fixed, Skill WaterBookControl: roll back to Tornato.
-*fixed, Skill DeeponeControl: from dodge to mist.
-*fixed, first time language setup: will not shutdown the game or asking reset.
-*fixed, InputMenu : after reset to default, sort 2 & 3 should save to Game.INI.
