Niko Mod V4 Update

yeah i'm back from some coffin, i've realized this mod's a bit unbalanced so i've hopefully changed that? i'm not sure if its too op or not now but hopefully you enjoy it better

• All lightbulbs (except for shattered bulb) are now affected by Laser Brain
• Niko's walk sprite has been updated to fix that one issue where one frame makes the hat slimmer by 1 pixel
• Bulb Upgrades that require energy now give you a bit of energy to start with
• Scorching Sun now increases the max energy ammo by 100
• Throne Butt's energy cost has been greatly reduced
