Endless debugging / polishing

Have been in endless debugging & polishing of the game to prepare for release.

- 10 total dragon encounters

- Built-out kingdom to explore in story mode

- Skills and spells to unlock

- New music and graphics

In the past week have been digging into a persistent crashing bug which caused me to thoroughly polish the battle scripts. Tons of work, but worth the effort.
