Update V2.0
The V2.0 comes with quite a number of changes. Since I did not document anything when making this update, I might be unable to name precisely everything that I did in this update and how the stuff compares to V1.1. Here is what I can tell though:
Enemies:
- changed hoverbot positions in jetpack room
- reduced hoverbot hp from 100 down to 1
- reduced turret hp down to 20
- repositioned turrets in the disc launcher room
- introduced small turrets to the sniper rifle platform with 10 hp
Pickups:
- repositioned jetpack to the middle of the room
- replaced shotgun with sniper rifle, adjusted position
- placed shotgun in spawn room
Level architecture:
- increased height of door frame leading to the jetpack room and leading to the disc launcher room
- placed large door frame leading to the platform with the sniper rifle
- removed signs on the walls
- removed large empty platform and closed off wall leading to it
- removed the tower in that one corner of the jetpack room
Player:
- reduced HP from 100 down to 3
- reduced weapon switch delay to 0
- reduced camera height ratio from 1.1 down to 1
- forgot to turn off self damage
Weapons:
- blaster: reduced damage down to 1 and delay between shots from 0.1 down to 0.05
- shotgun: reduced reduced bullet spread angle to 5 and reduced bullets per shot to 9
- disc launcher: set minimum and maximum damage to 10
- sniper rifle: reduced damage to 50, increased projectile speed to 500
- disc launcher: set ammo reload delay and reload rate to 9999 (I meant to set the rate to 0, but because of the reload delay that didn't matter anyway)
- launcher: set AoE damage radius to 4.5
- all weapons except launcher: set ammo reload delay to 1.2 and set ammo reload rate to 12.5x of ammo capacity
