Dev 08: Polishh & fix bugs

What I've done!

• Rearrange menu elements x
• Add small light particles fly in background to boost some more feeling 
• Add blur image effect for Dash/Flying Traps x
• Add cloud fly in the background of the menu for consistent feeling
• Add visual feedback effect when eat powerup x
• Fix Tutorial room bug x

Future devlogs

• Add dust particle for player when run on the ground
• Add 1 new trap: Rocket/Monster that attack with swords.
