Beta Hotfix (0.909)

Update and Hotfix!

Sorry for about a whole month of absolutely nothing only to provide a small update.
I needed to finish other things before I could continue this.

Beta Hotfix

Changes
+ Timed mode Revamp! (Changed the the timer, you have more time, Timer doesn't speed up when using the Speed button)
- Palette swap in Options (This made more sense rather than having a dedicated menu for it)
- Removed Palette Menu (Replacing it maybe?)
- Removed seperate Update Menu (When clicking the info button, The update notes now appear first with other options below it)

Fixes
- Fixed Block timing (Fixed an inconvenience of waiting longer for a block to get destroyed if it misses the grid)
- Fixed Block Glitch (Fixed an issue where if you timed it just right, you'll end up placing the falling blocks between 2 blocks on the grid)
- Slight cleanup (Much of this involved slight rewriting of methods/functions)
