Feature Update (v0.3.0)

Version 0.3.0 is here ! This update include more feature and customization.

• Better handling of mouse command selection trigger.
• Added a "Mirror" parameter.
• Added a "Loop Delay" parameter.
• Added a "Loop Counter" parameter.
• Added a "Max Frames" parameter.
• Added descriptions directly under plugin settings.
• Fixed a bug where animations wouldn't play on Scene_Shop.
• Various optimizations of the code.
• Added "Scene Title, "Scene Map" and "Scene Battle" to the choices available under the "Scene" parameter. All scenes should now be handled by the plugin.
• Added a "Custom" choice to the choices available under the "Scene" parameter, and a "Custom Scene Name" parameter. By selecting "Custom" under the "Scene" parameter and inputing a custom scene name into the "Custom Scene Name" parameter, you can now use this plugin with custom scenes that could have been added by other plugins.
