A small little update fixing a few major bugs!
V0.19.2
-Fixed tentacle core and pods being unremovable, locking you out of all other pregnancies
-Fixed tentacle pods being born the moment they are laid into your womb
-Fixed tentacle pods not appearing as pregnant after being laid into you
-Fixed tentacle pods reducing MP cap rather than just reducing your max MP
