Star Knightess Aura version 0.6.3

This is just a minor patch release. Due to the development line having built up quite some divergence by now, I had to move the balancing changes this week and also some more bugfixes to tonight's prerelease.

The new prerelease tonight however will be coming with a lot of new content, especially a new area where you can go after the Ogre Commander.
