Inferno Mode

Well, I ended up adding more after all.

In addition to fixing some bugs (if you ever got stuck in a wall, that should be fixed now), I have added a new secret super hard mode to the game. You can unlock it by pressing the enter key on the title screen.

Inferno mode increases the speed that the temperature rises and adds in limited lives that will take you back to the menu if you run out.

You can play Inferno mode in any of the previous difficulty settings, and they will be adjusted accordingly
