Small changes

Todays update changes all collectible snowballs to snowcones that I think look way better and match the sound effect they make more. I also fixed a few level design issues and slightly changed the designs of the enemies when they are cooled down (they have red headbands now). I should have a more substantial update out tomorrow so stay tuned!
