Giant's Kettle 1.1 update

-automatically equip starter items
-automatically open rune  selection screen at the start of the game
- added list of controls to pause menu
- added quit confirmation to main menu

game balance:

- Decreased enemy stat scaling increment per floor from 20% to 10%
- Buffed Legendary two-handed swords bonus damage
- Legendary staff now also gives critical chance
