Version 11 has a section on languages (their rarity is defined relative to western Europe).
It also adds a 12th metal to the Arcane Smith, Platinum, giving each of the four groups 3 metals to pick between. The new Perfect Alloy ability gives something to Smiths who do not specialise in one group of metals.
