myFloppy Mac/Linux Builds Are Going Away!

Hey Team,

There are too many issues in myFloppy related to the Mac and Linux build distributions compared to the number of people using those platforms.

For the time being, we are going to remove these builds until we can dedicate additional resources to updating them consistently.
