Changelog:

• Fixed player getting stuck on roller coaster rides
• Backpacks now drop 1 rocket and 5 plasma ammo as well
• All items now have larger pickup radius, so no more getting stuck on toilets
• Fixed missing collision data for the RGB door walls on E1M3
