CHANGELOG
- Added a new credit sequence that is now done in-engine rather than that playing a pre-rendered video. This allows for greater flexibility when adding/removing information from this list.
- Removed the old fade in/out transition code which occasionally caused issues of rooms not appearing sometimes when changing rooms. Changed with a new routine that is much more robust. It required a lot of reworking each room
- Moved the initialising code for the psychologist scene 2, it was executing too early and the fade-in routine for Cohle would not execute correctly.
- Changed subtitle font to a more retro 8-bit visual style. Changed as a visual connection to Cohle’s occupation (game developer). Also adjusted the spacing between each line and reduced the word wrap so it doesn’t go all the way across the screen.
- Fixed some new bugs in Katrina’s Balcony where you couldn’t talk to her and it would bug out Cohle’s animation. Also fixed the fade-out animation when selecting the first choice in this scene. It would incorrectly fade out the wrong choice.
- Upgraded to the latest version of Unity 2020 LTS, along with the new beta release of PowerQuest.
- Removed old changelog notes in-game and made it execute a document in your browser of choice. Makes for easier updating and removes it from the core codebase. Just cleaner overall ;)
IMPORTANT FOR ALL PLAYERS
