From prototype to Production.

So I earlier last year I had an idea of a defense game where the player is able to shoot at incoming enemies from a strategic place. The main plot is to stop a group of terrorist organisation from taking over a town and a key airbase nearby. 

Unlike the traditional tower defense where you just place the towers and upgrade them. I played an arcade game known as core defense where small circles move towards the bigger circle in the middle of the screen and either increase its size/life, decrease it or provide a temporary shield .I also enjoyed playing beach defense earlier in the days  so I merged the two ideas and came up with the Last Defense Line.

I have made a lot of changes and upgrades to the prototype in the past few months and I can't wait to share the results soon. There has been changes to gameplay, environment and levels , effects, animation and UI. 

There's still work to do to ensure the game runs smoothly and so I'll be giving out future updates on development.
