Gave 'Sarge' the ability to shout, stunning the player, making them unable to stab or shoot. Bullets also bounce off of his shout. Also Sarge now moves about, if possible.
Made some adjustments to level 1, in terms of reaching the bell-tower goldbar.
Adjusted a bunch of collision-boxes
All enemies now able to get hit by all types of bullets. Also all bullets should now function properly against any type of surface, etc..
Now all currently implemented gameplay elements and levels should work as intended.
(Keep in mind that Ndyan -level and 'Showdown' -level are not implemented as of yet and are merely there for testing purposes.)
