Plans for Update 4
Howdy all! Now that Update 3 has been out for a bit it's time to reveal our nefarious plans for Update 4. This one will add more content for your gaming pleasure.
We're aiming to have the update done in 2 months or so. We also hope to post more regular devlogs during this process.
If you haven't yet please give Update 3 a try!
Upcoming Content Changes
- Some more interesting looking title text
- Bump mapping on a selection of in-game graphics
- Some layout changes to the CyberSkull Factory
- Fill out a second branch of the CyberSkull Factory
- Open up the path to the boss of the CyberSkull Factory
- Proper artwork for the moving platform section of the CyberSkull Factory
- Proper artwork for the turret enemies
- One or two new enemy types
- Respawn sectors for enemies. Crossing into different sub-areas causes enemies to respawn in other areas
- Save puzzle states such as the liquid level in the fire area
Upcoming Fixes
- Improved signposting of puzzle elements in CyberSkull Factory
- Object positions off by one frame on moving platforms
- Player floating above slopes
- Inconsistent visuals between opening cutscene and start of the game
- Enemies occasionally slide across the floor
- Player slides too slowly on steep slopes
