v1.3.6 release - yes, more bugfixes

Mitch v1.3.6:

• Added a button in the Options tab: “Reset all downloads”. This may be useful if you’re experiencing the infamous “Can’t install anything/Empty downloads” bug.
• Fixed a crash when browsing and looking at certain Devlogs (again).
• The search dialog in the Browse tab now always brings up the touch keyboard.
