Forest bugfix, new NPC sprites

I'm in the middle of adding more variation to the city. I have a ways to go, but I wanted to put out a release because a bug was brought to my attention that could get people stuck, so I wanted to get a new version out ASAP. There are a few city changes that have been in-progress that are bundled with it.

- Fix bug that could cause you to get stuck on a forest screen

- Add many new NPC sprites and some new stalls/conversations in market section

- Add some new door colors and decorations
