Kunger Binb 3.1

Changes for version 3.1:

• Updated the descriptions of several items, characters and locations.
• Added a hard limit to number of arrests.
• Fixed two rare softlocks.
• Corrected typos in dialogue for:
  • Maginbstrate
  • Wise Bird
• Fixed bugs where messages that were supposed to appear multiple times only appeared once.
• Removed fookoo from pink corgo.
• Forced players to actively decide to keep the spectral coin.
