0.16.0 Increased difficulty

Hi all,

A new version 0.16.0 has been released. Here is what's new:

Changes in Power-ups 

There are only health power-ups now. The way they spawn has been changed too. Now, they won't respawn where they were picked up, but in another spot. This change has been made to reduce camping.

Animations

Death animations have been added, replacing the ragdoll mode.
