Post-jam update

Thanks to everyone who played this dumb game during the jam! I've got some really great comments and feedback on it and Carrot Hell placed #38. Not too bad considering I didn't even use the theme!

For the post-jam update I've added:

• Gamepad support
• Game over screen
• Restart the game from the game ending screen
• Full screen and exit options on the desktop builds
