Bug fixes and quit action

Changelog:

1. “Double Speed” overcoming and “Too Scared To Move” quirks are now included in the panic attack roll
2. The lumberjack now picks the closest tree when cutting
3. When a tree is cut down, the lumberjack start to cut the next closest tree. No need to even release the Axe button
4. It is now possible to quit properly. Press Escape on keyboard or hold Circle / B on a gamepad
