Game file has been updated with some bug fixes

• sargon & vagabonddog disappear after their quests are done. this is fixed (thx hotgamerdad)
• secret area is now accessible and not gamebreaking lol (thx kai)
• kiwi's quest now has a working reward (thx kai)
• max level is now 69 lol
