Fixed rules glitch in Artifice Example

In my example of Artifice, I had retained a residue of the old rules regarding the importance of a hobo's history in their actions. I corrected that to make history less of a factor. Instead of adding 2 x Acumen to the roll, now an artificer will just roll with advantage (3d6, keep better 2).
