Hotfix v04 Released

CHANGES:

-Removed Cursor locking method from WebGL, implemented custom player cursor input. "Always centered cursor"

-Fixed Door collision control, disabled on open doors for both Killer and Player.

UPCOMING UPDATE:

-Door health, Killer will try go through.

-Killer Mercy, he can forgive the Player or just go nuts and murder you.

-Locker improved spawn, no more random surprise spawn, it is important to detect your thread if you want to avoid it.
