Gravedigger + POSTJAM fixes

I have added POSTJAM versions with the following corrections:

  • character speed limit
  • blocked infinite coffin jumping
  • added 3 more levels what gives 6 altogether
  • more reliable wall jump

JAM version is still available to play and download for comparison or for free flying on coffin
