A couple times in a row, every time I exported the PDF, a different random image was coming out low resolution. I think I've beaten all the gremlins back with this version I uploaded today, so anyone with a lo-rez edition (fuzzy East Pallet guy or fuzzy back cover), congrats on your instant Collector's Item.
