Lots of changes since the last update.
First of all, I've added in a weapon system that allows me to add weapons into the game.
Each weapon in the game will have their own set of missions.
For the handgun I have created 9 new missions, where you have to locate and eliminate targets.
Try out these levels in the Test Build
Some minor improvements to the AI of the guards have been made. They will now be more agile and use cover if any is available. But make no mistake: they are still pretty dumb.
In addition to the improvements of the AI, I have added in a alert system.
The alert system has 3 stages:
The behaviors of the guards will change depending on which alert stage we are in.
If any of the guards spots you, they will first of all notify nearby friendlies and afterwards, if they have a working walkie-talkie (if you haven't destroyed it!), then they will contact the Command Post.
If the player is able to hide long enough, the Command Post will change the Alert stage from Alert to Cautious, and all guards will begin searching for the player. Eventually the Command Post will call off the search and tell all guards to return to their posts.
Added in some tunes that change depending on the current mission and the Alert stage
During missions, look at your left wrist.
A panel will appear. In the future, this panel will have various gadgets that will help you on your mission. For now the panel only has two options: restart mission and return to main menu.
The only way I can improve this game is with the feedback I get from you guys.
