Beta v1.4 updates

As a stop gap release between the larger beta 2 release, the game has been rebuilt throughout (hopefully without causing any yet to be discovered bugs) to include a hack that allows an on screen UI using dialogue boxes.

This allows more lives/items to be added without affecting the overall scene frame and sprite count, instead using redundant ASCII characters.

Also –

• new home screen
• new area teased
• player physics updated
• bridge animation added in.
