Adding a Board Editor

Still not very functional, this is a little board editor, which I will use to draw up the puzzle levels. For now the Puzzle Levels are not working yet, but I thought I could leave the board editor here at least to give a bit of ideas of things to come. 

I am also aware that the main volume mute button isn't working yet on the web version, it should work elsewhere, I am figuring out why that is happening and will fix the web version mute button soon.
