v0.4 / Difficulty Update

Changes: 

• Difficulty increase: fairies are more aggressive (and there are more of them)
• Bomb drop rate increased; bombs now drop from all blue fairies
• Minor UI changes to increase visibility
• Japanese localization (this was actually in v0.3 but i guess i completely neglected to write a devlog for it oops)

also there's a trailer now on account of this being featured on Touhou Station's showcase stream (around 2:56:04 - thanks to IceFairy for compiling the full list of Western submission stream timestamps in this thread [check out the others there too maybe? there's some Cool Stuff])
