Version 004!

What's up, Rockethausers! I made some changes to the game a week or so ago, and I'm passing the build on to YOUUUUUU!

Changes:

• Added rudimentary "timer" to the game.
• Fixed tutorial instruction UI (supposedly)
• Didn't break my back patting myself on the back for this update.
