Added configuration to game that allows destroying all of the creeps on multiplayer maps as it loads to allow players to focus on fighting each other instead of the AI if desired. The option can be accessed via Config on the Main Menu, Pause Menu or Network screens.
Since this change could break netplay compatibility between players, this requires a minor version update, so you will not be able to connect to older versions of the game; please ensure your friends are all using the same version of the game when you connect. When connecting, ensure that you have the same AI configuration setting as your friend. An option has been included in the Host/Join menus to toggle this option for your convenience.
