1-DCA downloadable zachlike for Windows and Linux

Here it is! The first 1-DC update. This one adds:
- A scratched screen filter
- Autosaving
- Automatically updating markers when moving commands
- Meme and Horribly Translated languages
- A few tutorial tweaks
- Fixing a bug with pasting solutions
