Update 0.4.1

Changes:

• Made main menu music slightly louder
• Fixed a bug where guns wouldn't be fully loaded on pickup
• Fixed a bug where soldiers wouldn't target you in loud
• Changed suppressed pistol's ammo in military base to 6
• Made settings menu load faster
