Minor Fixes to 0.45

Hi there!

This small update should fix;

- Random crashing when characters were moving off screen slowly.

- An error screen at the end of Chapter 2

- The musical note "press" area is now larger.

- The route select background for Charles is now Orange instead of Purple (Thank yooou Shin!)

- Mike now has a coat for snowy scenes (thanks Chee!!!)
