Update to Version 0.8r1

Updated game and added a few things in this Version.
- Added a basic enemy
- Added Coins and Lives (Every 10 coins = 1 live)
- Added Continue from last save
- When all lives run out the last save is deleted.
- Added Version to the bottom left of the main menu
