Patch Notes - v1.03

Just a minor patch, resolving some rare but pesky bugs:

• Fixed a bug where the game would register phantom controller inputs
• Repositioned some rogue push-pins
• Fixed a rare bug where exiting just before the end credits would soft-lock the game
• Fixed a UI bug where options in the settings menu wouldn't appear at certain resolutions
