Froggy 0.15 update

The Adventures of Froggy has been updated to v0.15.

• Added settings menu for audio volumes and custom keybinds
• Fixed bug with blood spray not showing
• Fixed bug with player not entering water when turtles sink

This update adds a long-awaited settings menu. Settings are stored in an .INI file in the game directory.

The setting menu contains sliders for audio settings (sound effects, music, master), and a sub menu for assigning custom direction keys for player control. Controls can be set from either the keyboard or a game controller/joystick.

In future, additional settings will be added as needed.
