For the same version as the last commit(2018/02/05 13:00), the PSP builds are now available on itch.io(uncategorized(like other builds due to missing categorization option for doing so).
It isn't encrypted or encryptable for OFW, due to prx-building seeming to make multithreading not work anymore, failing to launch the threads, so only for CFW is available atm(SDL 1.2.x multithreading is used)).
